Hampta Pass Trek 4 Nights /5 Days

We’ll meet at 8 p.m. at Prini Village, from there we will drive to Jobra. After a small briefing of  the trek we will start trekking to Chikka. We will camping there for the first night near Rani Ka Nallah streaming flowing. Dinner and over night stay at camps

After Breakfast in Morning we will start our trek Balu ka ghera. Many people thinks that it is named after’Bhalu’ which means bear but actually it famous for the sand deposited in the valley. It will take 4 to 5 hours of trekking of steep ascent with two rivers to reach Balu ka ghera. Today this will be our camping site.

After breakfast, we will start our trek to Hampta Pass. It will take 2 -3 hours to reach Hampta Pass. After that we will climb in the glacier to cross Hampta pass. After crossing the pass the sharp descent leads us to a flattened ground with boulders scattered all along. Now we follow another stream coming from the upper range of the mountains and stay on our left. Moving along the river and after a almost levelled walk we reach the camping ground named Shiagoru (~3800 m/12470 ft). Distance is around 9 Km and may take 8 to 10 hours.

After breakfast at camping site, we will start our trek to Chhatru, It will take 4 hours to reach there. After reaching there we will start our drive to Chandrataal also known as Moon Lake. It is situated in the Lahaul valley and have one of the most beautiful landscape in the entire world. At evening return back to Chhatru camp site.

Morning breakfast at camping sight and start our srive to Manali. We reach Manali early afternoon by 2 pm. Our trip ends here. Take afternoon/evening bus to Delhi or stay back for the night.
